What is the Learning Impact Program?

It’s a 12-module learning experience included with your membership. It helps you connect learning to business priorities, design initiatives that drive performance, influence stakeholders with confidence, and measure impact in a credible way. It’s designed to move you from delivering training to driving real outcomes. 

How is this different from a regular professional networking or LinkedIn group?

LinkedIn is broad and mostly passive. The Alliance is focused and active. It’s built specifically for learning, HR, and OD professionals, structured around impact, and designed for real conversations rather than just content. You’re not just consuming information, you’re building capability. 

Do I need to be a CrossKnowledge customer?

No. The Alliance is open to all learning, HR, and OD professionals, whether or not you work with CrossKnowledge. 

What does day-to-day participation look like?

It’s entirely flexible. You can join live sessions or watch them on demand, follow the Learning Impact Program at your own pace, engage in discussions when relevant, and access resources whenever you need them. There’s no expectation to be active every day.
