ArcelorMittal is a global leader in steel and mining, with almost 200,000 employees in more than 60 countries worldwide. They had one main objective when they launched this new learning project with CrossKnowledge: train a group of new graduates in a way that is impactful and efficient, with a human touch.

The blended approach was designed to help participants develop skill sets around Accountability, Delivering Results, and Business Acumen. To maximize the 5-week facilitated program, online content was blended with instructor-led workshops, coaching and online support.
