Evonik’s primary focus was to update their Learning & Development program to better support their new managers in their leadership journey.

CrossKnowledge helped Evonik develop a blended learning platform that could provide a globally harmonized and consistent leadership culture and skillset, while also allowing for regional adjustments.
The challenge was to integrate this new digital platform into an already existing group-wide system, LILY (Learning and Individualized Library).

This innovative and successful collaboration was recognized by the Brandon Hall Group with a SILVER Award for Best Use of Blended Learning.
